Mission Statement
To Empower those who suffer from alcohol and substance abuse by helping people develop self-awareness, a positive self-image, and pro-social coping skills so that they can function in a beneficial way for themselves, their families, and the communities in which they live.
Vision Statement
Self-Awareness, LLC's outpatient drug treatment program envisions a community in which those needing help to overcome addiction are provided with nurturing and solid principals which are customized and individualized for that particular person.
Services that are provided:
1. Evaluations
Self-Awareness, LLC' outpatient drug treatment program envisions a community in which those needing help to overcome addiction are provided with nurturing and solid principals which are customized and individualized for that particular person.
2. Ages of Treatment
We provide treatment for all adults of all ages and children age 12 years old or older.
3. Continuing Care
Self-Awareness Outpatient Continuing Care Substance Abuse program is less intensive and consists of 12 groups, for one hour - conducted once per week. Individual sessions are provided for those who may not feel comfortable in group settings (upon request).
4. Support Groups
12 step Support Group therapy as well as Non-Step Support Group therapy are provided.
5. Specialty
Culture Specific Substance Abuse Treatment for African-American and Hispanics.
6. Extended Out Patient Care
The time period of stay depends on the client's progress in treatment.
